I'm Devlin, a full stack software engineer with a passion for creating functional and user-centered digital experiences and playing dodgeball! With 2 years of experience, I am hungry for new and innovative ways to use software to bring concepts to reality.

Design is about more than just making things look pretty – it's about solving problems and creating intuitive, enjoyable experiences for users.

Consistently named among the top programs for Landscape Architecture in the country, LSU's LA program was an eye opening experience for me. Learning how to express art and design concepts through physical and digital materials and ultimately, developing those concepts, and turning them into complete projects with more precise measurements was an intense and rewarding process.

Before my college career began, a friend and I started talking about and researching how New Orleans became the city that it is. Pouring over maps, reading articles, looking at photographs, projects, and policy painted a picture of how the city grew. Learning that I could help shape a city, a people, and their experiences through tools like policy, planning, and decision-making blew my mind. And ultimately became my first career interest.
